No, this is not an error

No, we aren’t having technical difficulties and yes, your page loaded just fine. You’re actually looking at an advertisement that ran in the New York Times today – a full two pages completely blank, save for a tiny URL at the bottom of the second page. The URL leads you to a site and trailer for the upcoming movie The Book Thief, a story about a girl who steals and shares books in Nazi Germany. The provocative ad ties in perfectly with the message of the film and its larger campaign, “Imagine a World Without Words.”

Click the ad to learn more about this film. We smell Oscar (or, at least, a really great campaign).
